via Picadilly Records:
“The next Corner Release comes (after the first one disappeared in days) from Anthony Parasole & Phil Moffa. Phil Moffa is the man behind Butcha Sound Studio’s and Anthony Parasole is label head for The Corner and Deconstruct. Together they join forces for three live jams recorded in the dungeons of NYC. This is some deep, dark, cavernous dub techno music, along similar sonic ley lines as Zooloft and Edit Select but with a throb rather than a rumble (somehow giving it a more US edge rather than a German angel on the dub sound…?!). Anyway, its completely mind-bending and will have you punching the air with its restrained, hyperconductive energy. Both versions of “Atlantic Ave” are like a steam train being excavated slowly from a black hole deep outside our cosmos. “Ocean Bottom” is the sound of the impedding apocolypse somehow getting through the universe and into our ears before the event even takes place! But this is definitely what the Earth will sound like on the 21st of December 2012 if the world is indeed supposed to end…”
